Before You Visit
What should I bring to my first visit?
Photos of the room and any inspiration pictures you have saved — that is really all we need to start sketching and pricing options. For a kitchen or bath, leave the measuring to us; we do that ourselves. If you are shopping for a stove, insert or fireplace, our measurement sheet is worth filling in first so we can tell you exactly which units fit.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We aim to respond to every estimate request within one business day. For anything urgent, call the showroom at (860) 526-9567 during business hours.
Do you make house calls?
Yes — for kitchen and bath projects, in-home measurements and consultations are part of the process, from Middletown down to Old Lyme and Clinton. Stove and fireplace projects are handled a little differently: bring us photos and the measurements from our measurement sheet and we can size a unit for you right in the showroom.
